30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Once your return is approved, we will send detailed instructions and a return shipping label to the email address provided.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customer protection, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item using the instructions provided upon approval. You may then place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
